  • Violations: CopyAny may terminate accounts for breaches without refund.

  • Legal Capacity: Users must be legally capable to agree to these Terms.
  • Human Use Only: Bots, scraping, or automated mass imports are prohibited.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using CopyAny, Users unconditionally accept these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

7. Services

  • Freemium: Limited free access.
  • Premium: Full features via subscription.

8. Fees & Payment

  • Pricing: Listed on the Application. Fees exclude taxes.

11. Liability

  • No Guarantees: Services provided “as is.” CopyAny is not liable for indirect damages.
